We realize this is an uncertain time for everyone, and we want you to reassure you that we are here with you. We understand that many of you have lost your jobs temporarily during this time. Rent will continue to be one of your most vital payments that still must be paid. Each of you will have different circumstances, and we will do our best to work with each and every one you on a case-to-case basis. If you are having a problem paying the full rent due, our best suggestion is to be proactive in finding resources in the community, pursue government opportunities, and be very communicative with our office to make payment arrangements.

Please also be aware that the owners of our homes are also relying on this income, and in most cases, it is their only source of income.

We also recommend that you can:

- look for other means of employment at this time, as there are some industries that are actively looking for employees
- file for unemployment benefits
- look to your local community organizations (United Way, Senior Friendship, Jewish Family Services, Salvation Army and local churches) for rental assistance
- file your tax returns and utilize your tax refunds

In an effort to alleviate the situation, Overseas Realty, Inc. may offer, on a case-to-case basis depending on documentation submitted by you, the following:
- Reduce, forgive, or defer late fees or other fees due
- Payment plan assistance and document drafting
