Get answers to your questions about renting with Overseas Realty


Start by contacting our office to schedule a property viewing. After viewing, you can complete an application either with the leasing agent or online. A reservation deposit is required upon application.
Adults over 18 must present photo identification to submit an application. Requirements include a minimum income of 3 times the monthly rent and satisfactory landlord and employment references.
The security deposit, usually equal to one month's rent, is paid upon move-in. It's refundable as long as all lease conditions are met, and there is no damage to the property caused by tenants.
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, subject to the owner's approval. A pet addendum is required, along with a pet deposit starting at $250 per animal. Upon moving out, the property must be professionally treated for fleas and the carpet cleaned.
Tenants can submit maintenance requests online or via phone. Our team promptly addresses these requests, coordinating with our network of professional service providers to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
