Step 1. If you are already a member of the MLS in Costa Rica or in Ecuador, you can proceed to Step 2.
If you are interested in earning referral fees you first must become a member of the MLS.

Step 2. Fill out Referral Agreement and email as an attachment to info@overseasrealty.com.
As soon as this is reviewed and approved, we will send you your username and password to log in to the member's area below in order to gain access to all of the information you will need to start referring clients.
Step 3. Register Your Customers
This client will be registered under your name and agency for 180 days. When the client buys a property and the sale closes, you will be paid your part of the commission within 14 days.
