Our CAM acts as a liaison between the board of directors and residents, ensuring smooth operations and enforcing rules. Our CAM also handles financial management, maintenance coordination, rule enforcement, contract and vendor management, meeting coordination, record keeping, property inspections, legal compliance, liaison with legal counsel, and communication within the community
